We are so excited to offer this serving opportunity to our Senior High Youth. We are opening these positions in the Vineyard (9:30) as an opportunity for these young leaders to serve Christ while leading a small group of younger children.  These new positions would be best described as "shepherds".  This person/persons would stay with the same group of kids for the length of the rotation (6 weeks), helping the children grow in friendships with each other, exploring the activities each week and helping to facilitate conversations throughout the morning.  These positions will not be leading the stations,  our adult rotation leaders will continue with that task....but this position would experience the stations with their perspective group.

These youth would commit to serve 6 weeks at a time, taking the next rotation to fully worship. The only way this requirement will be lifted is if in fact the youth has displayed commitment to worshiping during the time that they are serving.

Additional leadership opportunities may be leading "Worship Music" time, helping with AV or assisting in one of the rotation classes, if needed.  If you are interested in these, please let me know so that we can chat about what the requirements for this would be.

This would not be a replacement for worship or your ONE:8 Sunday morning programming. Youth leaders would commit to a 6 week rotation and would also commit to either worshipping at 8:15 or 11:00 and/or attending ONE:8 Sunday School.  We feel leaders must be fed in order to feed.

We are excited to offer this unique opportunity for youth to serve in a powerful and life impacting way.  If you are interested in serving, please complete the form below and I will be in touch about setting up training/information times.

What a great way to not only share the LOVE of Christ but to SHOW the Love of Christ! Looking forward to serving with you.
