Scheduling and Priorities



Romans 12:2; Ephesians 5:15-17; Matthew 11:28

 Reflection Questions

1.    What part of your usual day brings you the most joy, peace, happiness, etc? Why? What part of your usual day brings you the most frustration, anxiety, sadness? Why?

2.    Read Romans 12:2: Many of us seem to live our lives in a hurried manner. Why is this so problematic? How does this create anxiety and keep us from spiritual maturation?

3.    Read Ephesians 5:15-17: Why is a hectic schedule with the wrong priorities unwise living? As Paul said, how can you schedule in a way that is “making the most of every opportunity”? How would that look for your life?

4.    Read Matthew 11:28: Why is it important to also schedule time for rest and intimate time with God?
