1. Danny talked about the Five “F’s”, “Faith”, “Food”, “Fitness” “Focus” and “Friends” to a healthier you. Which one of the “F’s” is most applicable to you? Then, preferably in a journal, write why you chose the one that you chose. Then,
2. Read 1 Corinthians 6:12-20. What does it mean that your body is temple? Life Application: We control what / who we allow in and what / who we need to move out? Is there something in your selected “F” that needs to be invited in? Is there something in your selected “F” that needs to be move out?
3. Read Daniel 1. Daniel resolved to only eat vegetables and drink water for 10 days. What was the outcome? What is God asking you to commit to? It could be for a week, a month or perhaps a season. Are you going to take the Daniel Plan, trust in God and let him continue the work of restoring your temple?
